A design token usually encodes a colour or spacing value. We extend the idea so a token can also carry generation intent — a brand's lighting, mood and material defaults travel with it.
When tokens prompt themselves, a marketer picks a brand token and the pipeline already knows how that brand wants its imagery to look.
